Booking party agrees to all Dog Bar Rules & Polices
Additional Guest -Additional guests can be added day of event. Each additional guest is $8 and includes a beverage. Additional guests will automatically be added to bill at checkout.
Booking & Check in -Chosen date & time slot subject to email confirmation within 72 hours from The Dog Bar before party is considered confirmed. -Party Host must check in at least 10 minutes before scheduled time. -Party Host must leave a credit card at register at check in for incidentals. -20% gratuity fee automatically added to all parties for your Barktender. -Party begins Promptly at Scheduled time.
Party Space -No outside alcohol or beverages allowed. -Cake and food may be brought in. -Non permanent decorations my be set up. -NO USE of confetti, glitter, silly string, poppers or paint. -No Smoking.
Checkout -Must checkout with Barktender at party end. -All Trash, Potty, Food & Decorations must be cleaned BEFORE TIME ENDS or $50 clean up fee will be automatically charged to card. -Barktender must check and approve Party Yard before checkout.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policies -Fees are Non-Refundable or Transferable. -Incase of rain out at The Dog Bar booking may be rescheduled only once and subject to availability. -Reschedule request within 7 days notice are charged a $50 fee and subject to future date availability. -Cancellations for any reason other than Rain with less than 72 hours notice forfeits 50% of fee. -No Show/No Call forfeits full fee without reschedule. -Dog Bar reserves right to reschedule or cancel any party at any time for any reason including but not limited to weather and acts of God. -The Dog Bar reserves the right to add or change any polices. -The Dog Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. -All Dog Bar Rules must be followed at all times.
